News sources reported this week that a man from Frederick had been sentenced to 30 years of jail time. The harsh sentence was imposed after he decided to plead guilty to charges that he sexually abused a girl in the 1990s.
On Tuesday, 74-year-old Donald Webb was sentenced inside of the Frederick County Circuit Court.
Webb pled guilty to three counts of child abuse by a custodian.
Court documents reveal that the unfortunate victim told police detectives in Maryland that the sexual abuse took place from the time she was 9 until she reached the age of 18.
While in court, the victim said that Webb ruined her life.
