In Comanche, Iowa, it is reported that a coach is facing charges for sexual abuse.  Police say that the coach, 28 year old Craig Snodgrass, had a sexual relationship with a female student while working at Camanche Middle School in 2007 - 2008.

The 14 year old victim said in an affidavit that the relationship started in 2007.  She told authorities that Snodgress hugged and kissed her while on school property.  She also said that they had exchanged texts and emails that included images of her topless.

In May 2008, the 14 year old said that she and Snodgress started a sexual relationship.  Initially, he pressured her to perform oral sex and then a week later, she claims they had intercourse in Snodgress' truck.  Court records indicate that Snodgress admitted that he had a sexual relationship with the girl while employed at the middle school.

He was charged and pled guilty to 2 counts of third degree sexual abuse.  A hearing has been scheduled for June 29th.
