Courier-Journal.com reports that more allegations have come forth regarding the Reverend James R. Schook. Schook, 61, was placed on leave in July after accusations surfaced that he had allegedly abused an individual in the mid-80s. Four more individuals have approached the church with complaints about sexual misconduct.
Schook was a paster of St. Ignatius Martyr in Louisville until he was removed from duty in July pending the investigation.
Chancellor and chief administrative officer of the Louisville archdiocese, Brian Reynolds, stated that the archdiocese is fully cooperating with any investigations.
