As reported by a Des Moines news site, three more Catholic priests have been added to the Diocese of Davenport's list of credible clergy abuse cases.
William Kerrigan (deceased), James Lawrence (deceased) and Daniel Emrich have been named by the diocese as having been credibly accused of sexually abusing children while serving as Catholic priests. Kerrigan was removed from his duties as a clergyman in 1975.
The total of priests and brothers named by the diocese now comes to 31.
