Delawareonline.com recently reported that ex-Catholic priest Francis G. DeLuca has been named in a new clergy abuse case with three plaintiffs, whose names will remain confidential.
DeLuca was a Catholic priest for 35 years, but was defrocked by Pope Benedict in the summer of 2008. According to the suit filed, DeLuca abused one plaintiff at St. Matthew's and two at St. John the Beloved. The case also names the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington as a defendant.
